The Rio Linda Elverta Recreation and Parks District has posted a notice that there is a vacancy on the Rio Linda Elverta Recreation and Park District Board of Directors.
The notice says that the RLERPD Board of Directors shall appoint the position and will serve until December 1, 2024. It will be up for election at the November 5, 2024 general election to serve a two-year term.
Interested persons should submit a statement of qualifications and why they wish to be appointed to the Board. You must also be registered to vote within the District to be considered for the appointment.
Participation in Board Training and Community Relations through programs offered by the California Special District Association and the California Association of Recreation and Park Districts is provided to all Board Directors.
